OneVoice27 Sabbath Launching Report

To request all Unions to submit a OneVoice27 Sabbath Launching Report containing church participation data, member participation data, and other significant highlights, with all reports to be submitted to SSD on or before September 30, 2026.

Submission of “OneVoice27 Mission for All” Action Plans

To request all Unions and institutions, including hospitals, educational institutions, and publishing houses, to submit a written Action Plan of “OneVoice27 Mission for All” to serve as a roadmap for SSD monitoring, with a submission deadline of October 15, 2026, prior to the SSD Annual Meeting.

The suggested OneVoice27 Sabbath Launch program on September 5,2026 to be adopted by all SSD local churches as follows :

Welcome Remarks (5 minutes) – Sabbath School Superintendent

Extend a warm welcome to the congregation.
Introduce the significance of the OneVoice27 Sabbath Launch, emphasizing that this is the beginning of a united, church-wide evangelistic movement.

Musical Offering (5 minutes) – A Christ-centered song highlighting the mission of hope

Special Feature

OneVoice27 video prepared by the Union or local Conference/Mission
OneVoice27 PowerPoint presentation from the General Conference to be presented by the assigned lecturer (Please ask your Union or Conference/Mission NDR field secretary for the ppt presentation)

ONEVOICE27 COMMITMENT CEREMONY

After the sermon, the speaker or pastor invites the congregation to participate in a special commitment ceremony.

Commitment Activity (with Appeal Song)

Invite everyone to come forward and drop their completed OneVoice27 Commitment Card in the designated

commitment box.

Invite the congregation to stand and publicly affirm their commitment to the OneVoice27 mission.
Invite everyone to raise their mobile phones, dedicating their gadgets as tools for digital mission and evangelism.

Special Commitment Prayer with soft music background

To be led by the pastor, speaker, or elder. Pray for:

Families to become actively involved in the OneVoice27 movement
Faithfulness in fulfilling their commitments
Members to become effective digital missionaries
One or more Bible interests for each member
The outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the success of the OneVoice27 mission

Social media posting – every member will be given 5 minutes time to post pictures, message or video using hashtags “ All things New “ Hope Starts Here and OneVoice27.

One Voice 27 COMMITMENT CARD IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES

The OneVoice27 Commitment Card Implementation Guidelines to be implemented in all SSD local churches during the OneVoice Sabbath Launch on September 5,2026.

Guidelines as Follows:

Purpose

The OneVoice27 Commitment Card is designed to lead every church member into a personal covenant with God to actively participate in the mission of making disciples and preparing people for the soon return of Jesus Christ. The commitment card serves as a spiritual declaration of each member’s willingness to pray, witness, disciple, and intentionally engage in the fulfillment of the gospel commission.

Objectives

To provide every church member an opportunity to make a personal commitment to God’s mission.
To unite the entire church family under the OneVoice27 initiative.
To encourage intentional prayer, personal witnessing, Bible studies, and disciple-making.
To strengthen member involvement in evangelism and nurture.
To establish a system for encouragement, follow-up, and accountability throughout the OneVoice27 journey.

III. Responsibilities

Pastor

Provides spiritual leadership for the OneVoice27 Sabbath Launch.
Presents the biblical foundation and mission appeal.
Leads the commitment and dedication service.
Encourages continued participation throughout the year.

Personal Ministries Leader

Serves as the OneVoice27 Commitment Card Coordinator.
Oversees the preparation, distribution, collection, recording, and safekeeping of the commitment cards.
Coordinates follow-up activities with church leaders.
Submits the required summary reports.

Church Board

Supports the implementation of OneVoice27.
Encourages every department to participate.
Assists in nurturing members toward fulfilling their commitments.

Elders, NDR – IEL Coordinators, Sabbath School Leaders, and Ministry Leaders

Promote OneVoice27 within their respective ministries.
Encourage participation through prayer, visitation, and personal encouragement.
Help monitor and celebrate mission progress.

IV . Implementation Procedures

Before September 5, 2026

Prepare commitment cards and print with the assistance of the Communication and the Adventist Youth

departments.

The Pastor or PM leader conduct orientation for church leaders and coordinators.
Secure church board approval to obtain full support for the implementation of OneVoice27 commitment

card process.

Distribute the commitment cards to allow adequate time for personal reflection and prayer.
Pray specifically for the OneVoice27 initiative.
Each member shall receive two(2) Commitment Cards:
One card to be submitted during the Commitment Ceremony on Commitment Sabbath.
One card to be kept by the member as a personal reminder of his/her commitment.
Inform the congregation in advance about the upcoming commitment Sabbath.
The local church prepares a presentable commitment box that will stay in the pulpit visibly seen by every member to remind always their commitment to the Lord.

During the Worship Service

Introduce the vision and purpose of OneVoice27.
Present a Christ-centered mission appeal.
Invite members to complete their commitment prayerfully.
Offer a congregational prayer of dedication.
Invite members to prayerfully place their completed commitment cards at the altar of commitment.

Sustainability & Continuity

Securely organize and file the commitment cards.
Pray regularly for those who made commitments.
Encourage members through training, visitation, testimonies, and mission activities. Provide periodic opportunities for members to renew and fulfill their commitments.
Sabbath School class leaders will consistently encourage members to remain faithful to their commitments and dedicate time for intercessory prayer before the lesson review to sustain spiritual growth and continued engagement.
The PM will provide monthly progress reports and lead testimony-sharing programs that strengthen,

renew, and sustain members’ commitment to the mission.

The commitment box will stay in the pulpit that all members visibly see so that it will remind their commitment to the Lord .

Confidentiality

Commitment cards are sacred expressions of personal dedication to God. Information contained in the cards shall be treated with confidentiality and used only for pastoral care, encouragement, prayer support, and mission follow-up.

VII. Reporting

Each local church shall submit the required summary report of church members who participated through the established organizational structure after this Sabbath launch.

Individual commitment cards shall remain at the local church unless otherwise instructed by the conference or mission.

VIII. Spiritual Emphasis

The OneVoice27 Commitment Card is not merely an administrative form. It is a covenant of consecration. Churches are encouraged to make this a solemn yet joyful moment of worship, inspiring every member to become an active disciple-maker. “Consecrate yourselves today to the Lord… Ask Him to make you faithful witnesses for Christ. Let every believer become a missionary for Jesus.”

Key Reminder

Every commitment card represents a heart surrendered to Christ and a life dedicated to His mission. Therefore, every card should be handled prayerfully, respectfully, and with the expectation that God will work through every committed believer to fulfill the gospel commission.

ONEVOICE27 BANNER/TARP FOR ALL INSTITUTIONS & LOCAL CHURCHES

To strongly require that all institutions and local churches will install a banner or tarp in front of their buildings and other strategic locations with the texts:

Further, to set a QR code containing resources for hope, encouragement, and Bible study materials, with contact details, etc. It maybe English or local language and sensitive to people groups like Muslims, Buddhists and Hindus.

HOPE CARE TEAM IN EVERY LOCAL CHURCH

To create a Hope Care Team in every local church composed of:

Chairman: A church Elder or NDR IEL Coordinator

Members: Communication

Sabbath School/Personal Ministries

Family Ministries

Youth

Publishing

2 Care Group Leaders

2 Church Members

The Hope Care Team is responsible for welcoming and guiding newcomers including media followers, Bible interests, online truth seekers, and other guests on their journey of faith. The team facilitates their integration into the life of the Seventh-day Adventist Church through:

Welcome and orientation activities
Follow-up visits and contacts
Friendship and fellowship programs
Bible discovery classes
Health and wellness initiatives
Family Life enrichment programs
Young People’s Ministries involvement

The Hope Care Team also coordinates the spiritual preparation of interested individuals, guiding them toward baptism and active participation in the church.

LAY MEMBER SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT

To mobilize every church member to actively post and share the OneVoice27 Sabbath Launching through their personal social media platforms, creating a unified online witness that increases awareness ,participation, and excitement for the initiative. Every member to post at least one message, photo, or video about the OneVoice27 Sabbath Launching.

10 DAYS VIRTUAL MARATHON OF PRAYER

To encourage every local mission and conference to conduct the OneVoice27 Virtual 10 Days of Prayer from August 26 to September 4, 2026, and cascade this initiative to all local churches. This will help promote OneVoice27, unite our members in prayer, and prepare our churches for a successful launch.
